About Me

Hello, my name is Timothy Proctor and I am a landscape and architectural photographer based in Sydney NSW. I am currently studying photography and digital imaging at Tafe NSW. My favourite photography genres are landscapes, severe weather and architecture but I also enjoy experimenting with other genres too.

My passion for photography started out from being outside in nature whether that be bushwalking, camping or marvelling at architectural feats and infrastructure projects. This helped me appreciate how peaceful and beautiful being outdoors can be and what sparked my interest in photography.

My favourite photo’s are of landscapes and buildings that give a sense of scale and make us humans feel small whether that be a large mountain, a vibrant cityscape or a powerful severe thunderstorm. For me, nature conveys a sense of power, providing a glimpse of the creator above all, which helps me to feel at ease during times of struggle. I also love how I can keep photo’s as memories and experiences that I can relive and cherish in the future.

My goal is to be able to make a positive impact on anyone who is feeling lost or overwhelmed by sharing the beauty that this world has to offer through my photography. I hope that you enjoy my photos and that I am able to make a positive impact and inspire you in some way!

Future Plans

Here is a list of what I am looking to work on in the months and years to come!

  • Collab with other like minded photographers.

  • Start doing freelance work in real estate, infrastructure development and more, working for other photographers initially.

  • Create online masterclasses and zoom sessions for photographers wanting to build up their skills.

  • Start my own photography business specialising in construction developments, real estate and basically anything to do with infrastructure and city planning, whilst still keeping my passion for landscapes on the side.

  • Publish a book and other showcasing all of my best work and the backstories of how I took individual photos.
